Lucinda works with adults, couples and some adolescents aged 16 years or over. She has over 22 years experience in private practice and utilises a range of therapeutic techniques including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Couples Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
